University of Hong Kong iGEM Policy Case Competition 2021
Secondary school students from all schools are invited to research, design and present their team’s policy proposals related to environmental synthetic biology technologies and applications.
During the competition, experts across bioethics, synthetic biology, and environmental science will come together to conduct knowledge sharing sessions for participants to learn more about these fields and refine their skills in policy memo writing and presentation.
HKUiPCC 2021 is a great way for students to gain hands-on experience in policy-making outside the classroom while diving deeper into cases within environmental science and synthetic biology. The winning team will receive a prize and a meeting with leading minds in the field of policy!
